Hey folks,
That last post was, I admit, a bit dramatic. Sometimes I like that:) But, I don't want yall to get the wrong idea. I'm not in some sort of major crisis....I probably should have posted that 3 months ago, but I didn't feel like it for some reason.
A brief update?
*I'm still living in Evanston
*My steadfast roommate and dear friend Lindsey will be moving to LA in a little over a week. We've been inseparable every since she moved into the house I was living in 2 1/2 yrs ago. We've been able to deal with a lot of the emotions that are coming up around her leaving...so that's good, and hard. We've both learned an incredible amount from each other. We've both know, with no question, that our coming together was guided by some Force. Yay for the Force!:)
*About to start recording a devotional CD with a bit of help from some of the talented voices we have around here. This should be...authentic and REALLY fun!
*No longer in that "incredible relationship" I spoke of a few posts ago. We investigated characters and eventually found that they were not compatible as marriage partners. This is OK. We're still friends. That's the beauty of character investigation.
*Still working part time at the Temple and part time for the Regional Training Institute serving Illinois and Wisconsin. We're were just serving those in a 30-mile radius of the Temple, but were just reassigned. Lots of work to do!
*Considering going to school in San Francisco in Fall of 08. California Institute of Integral Studies. Rockinest school of all time. Their mission....is to value and honor spirituality within academia. How awesome is that!? And they have major like consciousness and transformation, cultural anthropology, women in spirituality, society and the cosmos....
*Jr Youth Animation runs my life. One of the benefits of working for the RTI is I actually get paid to train people to work with groups of jr youth, as well as start up jr youth groups in the area. Pretty rad. In fact, I need to go so I can finish planning the training that's coming up this weekend.
...I dunno about this blog thing. I think I've lost my connection with it. But, I keep saying that, and I haven't totally shut it down yet. We'll see...

YAY! You're back! I love the update. Sounds like all is going really well for you. I miss you, my friend. Can't wait to see you in a couple weeks. I'll be in town for a few days for Lev and Negin's wedding. Yay!

Don't leave blogger world because I do check your site and try to see what is up with you. I can't wait to get my ears on your upcoming CD. All is good for me in MD, but I do miss you. Stay lovely my love. martha
